Reminders appear in your Android notification tray as well as through a Mango Health banner notification on your device's home screen. If you are using Android 5.0 (‘Lollipop’) and above, notifications will also appear on your device lock screen.
If you are using Android 6.0 ('Marshmallow'), you may want to disable 'Doze mode' to ensure you receive your notifications. To do this:
1. Open the 'Settings' app and tap 'Battery'.
2. Select the 'Options' menu button (the three dots in the upper right), then 'Battery optimization'.
3. Tap the downward-pointing arrow, then 'All apps' from the menu that appears.
4. Next, tap 'Mango Health'. In the box that appears, select 'Don’t optimize', then 'Done'.
Note that you can re-enable 'Doze mode' at any time — simply repeat the process above and select 'Optimize'.
