Yes! If you win, you will be able to make your selection among the available gifts. The gift screen you see after playing and winning that week's raffle will display the gifts that are available.
You can also browse the gifts at your level at any time. To see the gifts that you have a chance to win, tap the 'Points' section on the home screen.
