Before you deactivate your account, think twice! Please keep in mind that if you do this, your health history and points balance will be permanently lost and unrecoverable.
If you haven't registered:
1. Enter the app’s ‘Settings’.
2. Tap 'Delete My Data' from an Apple device, or ‘Clear My Data’ from an Android device, then hit ‘Yes, I’m sure’.
If you have registered:
1. Enter the app’s ‘Settings’ (Tap on the 'Profile Icon' on the 'My Health' tab, then the 'Gear' icon and tap 'Settings'.
2. Then ‘Logout’ of the app.
Once you've taken these steps, don't forget to delete the app from your phone. (If you're on an Android device, make sure to visit your Application Manager to fully 'Uninstall' the app.)
If you have registered and would like us to permanently remove your account info from our records, please write to us via the 'Contact Us' form in the app. Note that for security reasons, we will ask for additional information to confirm your ownership of the account.
