1. Tap the 'My Health' tab.
2. Select the habit or the name of the medication with the reminders you'd like to stop receiving.
3. Under 'Info', tap 'Edit this schedule' in the top right corner.
4. For medications: on the next screen, toggle on ‘Take as Needed’. For habits: toggle off 'Reminders'.
5. Tap ‘Save’ when you're done.
If you’d like to turn off “last chance” reminders, tap on the profile icon under the 'My Health' tab then the settings icon in the upper right corner. Then 'Settings' and under ‘Reminder Settings’, toggle the ‘Last Chance Reminders’ toggled OFF.
