1. Tap into 'My Health', either through the home screen or menu.
2. Select the habit or the name of the medication with the reminders you'd like to stop receiving.
3. Tap 'Edit' in the top right corner.
4. For medications: on the next screen, toggle on ‘Take as Needed’. For habits: toggle off 'Reminders'.
5. Tap ‘Save’ when you're done.
If you’re on an Apple device and you’d like to turn off “last chance” reminders, tap ‘More’ in the bottom right, then enter ‘Settings’. Under ‘Reminder Settings’, toggle the ‘Last Chance Reminders’ setting OFF.
